Instead, StrategiCom does the heavy lifting: we evaluate your options, recommend solutions that are best aligned with your needs, and negotiate with vendors on your behalf.
Direct vendors have sales quotas and are often under pressure to push specific products and applications – even if they aren’t the best fit for the client. Unlike direct vendors, StrategiCom doesn’t have to answer to corporate mandates. Our sole mission is to connect our clients with the services that will help them achieve their goals.

Yes. If you suspect your organization is overspending on its phone system, StrategiCom can help you eliminate overlapping or underused services and identify opportunities to reduce spending.
During our telecom audit, our team will review your bills and pinpoint gaps and redundancies in your current system. We’ll provide a report that includes a breakdown of your current telecom spend, our unbiased recommendations, and a comparison of different options. Most organizations that work with StrategiCom end up saving money and/or getting more streamlined, modern solutions for the same (or a reduced) cost.
Once you’re ready to move forward with our recommendations, we’ll negotiate with vendors to secure you the best rates and terms for your chosen solution(s). If you choose to retain your current system, we’ll work with your vendors to get you better service at a better price.
After your new or upgraded system is in place, StrategiCom will continue to support you through regular reviews, vendor relationship management, and recommendations for upgrades as new technology becomes available.
Yes. If a vendor or solution no longer works for your organization, our team can help you switch to a provider that better aligns with your needs. We’ll schedule a conversation to learn about your challenges and/or goals and recommend alternative solutions.
