Which vendors does StrategiCom work with?
StrategiCom works with over 900 vendors to deliver right-fit communications, connectivity, cloud, security, AI, energy, and software solutions to organizations across industries. Our vendor-agnostic advisors survey the marketplace to recommend solutions that help clients solve their challenges and meet their goals without bias or agenda. By leveraging our deep market knowledge and relationships with vendors, we give our clients access to industry-leading platforms at competitive prices, and without the hassle of haggling with multiple vendors.
How does StrategiCom get paid?
StrategiCom is paid directly by carriers through fractional residuals, which means we’re incentivized to keep clients happy for the long term. Our success depends on our clients’ continued satisfaction.
What’s the benefit of partnering with StrategiCom over working directly with a vendor?
Direct vendors must meet sales quotas and are often under pressure to push specific products and applications – even if they aren’t the best fit for the client. Unlike direct vendors, StrategiCom doesn’t have to answer to corporate mandates. Our sole mission is to connect clients with the services that will streamline operations and help them achieve their goals.
Because our consultants are committed to fostering long-term relationships with clients, we provide ongoing advisory support after implementation. We leverage our relationships with vendors to escalate issues that arise to ensure they are resolved promptly.
